If I take some co-codamol now will I be ok to bf in the am?

Just that, got a splitting headache which paracetamol isn't touching. If I take something now will I be ok to feed tomorrow morning usually up between 6-7

You'll be fine. I have been taking this and breastfeeding for the last 2 weeks.

You will be fine.I was prescribed strong codeine after my sections as I cant have Ibruprofen and was fine to breastfeed on it the whole time

That's great thanks. They wouldn't give me codeine after my section as I was bf. Had to shuffle around with only paracetamol as i can't have ibuprofen either. Swines!

Cant believe they wouldnt give you codeine after your section! I was given it both times - the second section I actually tried doing without it until the midwife came in on day 2 and told me to stop trying to be a martyr and take some stronger pain relief!!
