Can't shift lump - when do I go to GP?

I have developed a golf ball sized lump in my boob and can't shift it. I've tried getting DS (19m) to feed on that side, have just had hot bath/combing/expressing attempt (but only normal comb - does that count? ) Although it might have gone down a bit it's still there and very sore. Can't see any blockages at the nipple - expressed milk seems to be coming out all over .

What do I do now and if it doesn't go on it's own? When should I think about seeing the GP? We're out all day tomorrow so won't be able to go then anyway.

Thanks!

Continue doing what you are doing, make sure your bra/clothes/baby sling aren't tight and making it worse.

And if you can't go to the doctor tomorrow go in two days if it's still there.
