random itchy rash

DS is 2 weeks old and BF is going really well and supply beginning to settle. However, I have so far had an itchy rash appear firstly on my boobs, then my back and now my ankles. All come and go at different times. I have wondered if it is a milk allergy, as my dd spilt milk on my feet and I came up blotchy, but that doesn't really account for my back! My wedding ring is also tighter than normal but I don't really seem puffy anywhere.

I had a boob rash when feeding my dd and the GP gave me steroid cream, which didn't help.

Anyone experience anything similar? the midwives just shrugged and had no idea what it was.

Not prickly heat is it?

I had that when feeding DS1, caused by very hot weather and holding baby close all the time.
