I find that quite funny.

The bloke comes up with a completely logical way around the rather tricky rules, so that men and women can work together.

Then realises, whoops, his exercise in logical thought has made him a leetle bit unpopular. Kind of forgot to actually engage his brain properly before making his pronouncement.
