Tips to introduce the bottle

I want to introduce a bottle to ebf 16wk old-needs must. Tips would be appreciated on: goog bottles, teats, try formula or express etc. Not good at expressing, but got to get through 2 days away from ds in July.

I didn't ebf for as long as you before introducing a bottle. I used formula and got my husband to give the feed, and this worked out well, baby was happy to take a bottle and the formula.

There are a few websites (Kellymom?) which can give tips on expressing etc.

first time you indroduce bottle let some1 else do it otherwise your baby will smell your milk and be more reluctant to take a bottle,

I used Aptimil first from about 4 months along with tommy tippee closer to nature bottles, they say there good for combining breast and bottle and it worked for me hope this helps
