How much milk for over 1yo?

Ds is 14 mo. Drinking cows milk

we've recently stopped daytime bottles and replaced the bottle with a beaker. Ds is happy bout this but drinking a lot less milk.

He was drinking 180ml at breakfast and lunch and between 180-240ml at bed.

He's still having a bottle at bed so drinks most of that but the other two milk drinks are less than 100ml usually.
He drinks water too during the day and has lots of cheese and yoghurt

is this all ok?

I'm not sure how much milk he needs now

Sounds ok to me.

My DD is 11 months and still on formula but she only has 90ml in morning, 90 ml in afternoon and 210ml bedtime - so probably less than what your DS is having.

You say he is having lots of cheese and yoghurt so that's fine! I think over the age of one they only need about 350mls per day (don't quote me on that I think I remember that's what I read)
