I know NUK do soothers but I can't seem to find one exactly like her NUK bottle teats. DD won't take a dummy any more but she is sooo unsettled sometimes (when its not wind, nappy, sleep or food, ?teething?) so we would love her to take a dummy to help soothe her at night, as we can't be attached to her with our little fingers all the time!
Last night in desperation my husband gave her the NUK bottle teat (without the bottle but with the hard plastic neck) and she sucked it quite happily (she obv. took in air but it didn't seem to bother her) but is there a dummy shaped jsut like the NUK teats we could try.
We have already tried a few diff dummies but she is spitting them all out now, sometimes she finds her own fingers but often puts them too far in and makes herself gag. She is 14weeks now, i suppose I should just give up on the idea of her taking a dummy (and be thankful I won't have to wean her off one when she is older!) but it would be so nice if we could get her calmer with one. (esp as I am going back to work soon and she is only able to be soothed by me at the mo!)
