Just skimmed your other thread and it seems like you have a lot to deal with atm. My DD is 17 months and still bf quite a bit during the day, as well as night feeds. She does eat some solid foods, but not a huge amount, and not a huge variety. Sometimes bf her seems like a huge responsibility, and this is somewhat unknown territory for me as by this point DS was eating everything in sight and didn't bf during the day.

I think the sleep deprivation makes the other things seem harder. And I don't think you are being precious about bf, it is a valuable thing you are doing for your baby.

May be night-weaning would be a start? We have made some tentative efforts so I am not the best person to advise, but just wanted you to know that you are not alone.
