I've been thinking about this as dd is 9 months so a little young for cows milk, but won't accept milk from any where apart from my boobies!

Was speaking to a friend today who said she knew some one who introduced it at 9 months but the advice is 12 months. I guess if they are eating a varied diet doing it a little earlier shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Hope this helps

I changed to cows milk at 1 year. Both my lo's had an odd drink of cows milk before that but their main drink was formula.
