There weren't any for me. Except fenugreek capsules (took them in an attempt to boost supply and they Did Not Agree with me or DS). I wouldn't pay attention to what is "supposed" to be bad; almost every food in the world has been on that list at some point.

I didn't avoid anything, and DS has no allergies or intolerances.

Eat and drink what you like.

There is no evidence that anything should be routinely avoided

Really, everything is fine! Your baby will appreciate a nicely varied diet, as the different tastes are reflected in the taste of the milk, which some people think might make her interest in solids better when that time comes.

Enjoy your breastfeeding!

Nothing for me either. My HV did try to suggest orange juice was making my DS windy when he was a few weeks old, but I think he just hadn't figured out how to squeeze stuff out yet It all calmed down by itself without me avoiding anything.

Apart form too much wine of course, I still have a few glasses sometimes.

Steph - who has told you that load of nonsense? Eat and drink whatever you like. Unless you yourself have food allergies/intolerances then there is absolutely no need to alter your current diet.

Good luck
