Bf wriggly twins

I'm bf 4 1/2 month old twins. They've had a few spoonfeeds (with the blessing of the HV!) but are otherwise ebf.

I have been using the EZ-2-nurse twins feeding pillow (which was fab) for tandem feeding. However, they are now getting too long; they can push off the back of the sofa & almost wriggle off.

Any suggestions as to how else I can tandem feed so that we are all comfortable (& safe!)?

Well done you! Goodness! Do you have to feed them both at the same time? It might be easier to feed one at a time now that they are older?

Have you had a look at the kellymom website. It has loads of useful information especially regarding tandem feeding.

Thanks for that TBMOM! (love your nn BTW!)

I do occasionally feed the boys individually. However, sometimes they can munch for ages! (e.g, they're having their last feed of the night as I type, they've been going for over an hour!) So, tandem feeding is much less time consuming!

I had a look at the Kellymom website & found a link to a page with lots of tandem feeding photos, using lots of different positions, so it's given me inspiration.

I'll maybe try some of them tomorrow. Thanks again

You're welcome! I take my hat off to you, I really do! It's hard enough in the early days with with a singleton! I hope you manage to keep going for as long as you need to, I have a 19mth old DS and he loves his 'milkies', he could never share! DP doesn't even get a look in!
