I took an over the counter pill and then read "do not take if breastfeeding". My DS is 14 months and i only took one tablet and not two. How do i get it out of my system/milk?

Should i express or not feed baby for 24 hours? DS can have FM in a sippy cup.

What shouls i do? He is asleep now and hopeful will not wake til 8am
But if he does might need Mummymilk to go back to sleep.

What did you take? You can look it up to get better information on whether it actually does have an effect or not. Many manufacturers put these warnings on purely to cover themselves for legal reasons without any evidence of damaging effects at all. I saw this same warning on a yoghurt drink recently
