healing a bite?

I've got bites from the newly emerged top teeth that 8mo DD is so very proud of. She bit with her bottom two (4 mo) but I was so riddled with thrush at the time I don't think I noticed so much - that was a much bigger 'wound' though. Ow! These are just little puncture marks. I don't think she's biting any more but it really hurts to feed - although not as bad as thrush. Should I just leave it well alone or is anything likely to help heal it quicker? Thanks.

Something like lansinoh can help - and wear a cotton shirt and leave your bra unclipped on that side, if possible, to give it some air time.

Thanks, I like the idea of 'air time'! Will stay around the house for that part of it!
