Slimming World or Weight Watchers?

Following on from my other post, have put this in weightloss topic but thought people here would have more experience.
Am BFing DS2 (14 weeks) and really want to get on top of my weight this time around.
I never lost all from DS1 before I got pregnant again but am fed up feeling flabby and disgusting.
before I had DS1 I was a slim 12 on the bottom, before DS2 a 14. Ideally I'd love to be a 12 again.
Can get in a lot of my pre DS2 14's, but it's not that pretty!
This time I feel I should try SW or WW - it's all new to me as before the boys I never had to diet.
So tell me, which is easiest and/or most effective? Do you have to 'share stories' or anything (I'd really hate that as am quite shy).

You can do WW on line if that is any help. I am doing WW, I like it its suits what we do and eat as a family and is all about portion control.

I went back to WW when DD was almost 7 months old. She is almost 9 months now, and I have lost 24lbs It is tough at first, getting used to weighing and pointing everything that passes your lips, but you soon get used to it, and you can still eat whatever you want as long as it fits within your daily points allowance. It does encourage you to fill up on more fruit and veg though, and generally just make the right choices. I'd much rather have a plate full of something which will fill me, rather than a sneaky bar of chocolate these days!

I am doing WW (2nd time - as it worked for me pre-pregnancy). It's very easy to follow and you get extra points if you are breastfeeding. I go to an express class so you just go and weigh and have a chat to the leader without the class bit. In the normal sessions there is a group discussion bit where people do share experiences etc. but I never felt pressured to do so. I was quite shy initially but actually found it quite easy to speak as the class was very friendly - everyone is in the same boat, after all. I go with my mum and do find its better if you have someone to go with - and also pay monthly by direct debit so I avoid the tendency to miss a week and fall off the wagon.
Good luck x

WW. I'll be doing it once this baby arrives. Slimming world is all about green and red days which to me is too complicated and isn't normal eating. WW is more about being aware of the calorie/fat content of what you are eating. I lost 2stone with WW and found it really easy to keep it off as WW is more of a lifestyle change rather than dieting. Ended up putting it back on when I got pregnant 5 years later but thats a whole other story.

oh no, I have found a SW meeting that I can walk to & is an evening DP will be home in time for to look after the boys, WW ones near me are trickier time & childcare wise.
hopefully I'll be ok...!
