Going to take DD1 (aged 6) to cinema and planning on taking DD3 (aged 12weeks) along. The thought is that DD3 will feed and sleep through the film, has anyone else attempted this and was it successful? Do you think anyone will mind, it will just be me with both kids so if it kicks off it will be a bit nightmare!

quite often see a babe in arms in the cinema, and tbh always thought they must be mad, as I certainly wouldn't be alone in being a bit out out if the baby started crying, but not once have they ever cried. so you would probably be ok, but not sure how relaxed you would feel as you would probably ned to make a hasty exit with dd1 if the baby cried. Also the cinema is very loud for a little one. but good luck to you.

We took DS3 when he was around the same age. He had ear defenders on though as i was more worried about how loud it would be! And i had DH with me in case we needed to go out with him.

We survived! She actually quite enjoyed it and then had a marathon feed. Thanks
