I was unable to bf my dd didn't know at the time it was due to flat nipples !!! However I did express n mix feed for as long as possible!!! But expressing regularly is a pain!!!

Anyway this time I used the niplette from when I first found out I was pregnant and hey presto so far they have stayed out! I'm now 37 weeks and thought about the lack of support at the hospital last time and wondered if anyone could recommend a book incould read? I've looked on amazon and it's mind boggling there are so many! I figure if i can read and divest before my section (29th April) then I could use as quick ref if mw are inevitably too busy!!!

I liked the food of love, it's not too wordy so very digestible I also found the "from bump to breastfeeding" DVD quite good.

The NCT book was good too

I share your problem. Clare Byam Cooks book - what to expect when you're breast feeding is quite good.
