This happen to anyone else, 2 day old baby wish he would drink more, so engorged.
I heard of a woman donating milk to a special care unit, anyone know how/if you can do this?

I'd say it's very early days, but if you continue to have an abundant supply, you can donate to a milk bank near you. I did this as my supply never settled down, just bottled and froze it and they collected it once I had a certain amount. Here's the website

oh thanks so much!
I think it may be because I just finished feeding a great big toddler during the pregnancy?

Yes you can. They'd love donations of early milk like this. Express into some sterile containers and freeze it and get in touch with the nearest milk bank. They'll help you with the rest.

I was hideously engorged on day 2/3 as well, even when tandem nursing, and had to pump to relieve the pain pressure. Be warned though, your baby will probably wake up and start feeding like mad in the next few days, so be careful what you wish for!!!

Good luck!
