Returning to work - How much to express

Hi

I've left it to the last minute but am returning to work tomorrow and will need to express one feed for my 14 week old baby per day.

She is currently EBF and I usually do 7 feeds per 24 hours. I expressed 120ml for the 3pm feed tomorrow. Will this be enough?

Alternatively can I just replace this feed will formula without it having a big impact on my supply?

120ml will probably be about right - can you leave some frozen milk with whoever will be looking after her as a backup ? At that age, DS never took more than 120ml per feed of EBM, but I liked to know that nursery had some milk spare jic
