blisters on gums

hi all,

hope someone can enlighten me. my 4wk old DD seems to have developed two tiny white blisters on her gums, one top and one bottom - just where her teeth will come through. well im assuming they are blisters but im at a loss.

she is totally breast fed and has had a sucking blister on her top lip.

surely this cant be the start of teeth coming through as that should not happen for months yet surely.

anyone any experience of this or ideas as to what it might be

thanks.

please excuse the one handed typing - im feeding - just for a change

My DS had a tiny one on his top gum when he was about 3 months. It just sort of popped then went away after a couple of days. I think it might have been a small mouth ulcer. Perhaps she has scratched her gum on something?
