leaky boobs and saunas / steam baths?!

I've had a stressful old time of it recently and really really feel like going for a session at the sauna / steam baths with a friend. But my DD is only 8 weeks old, BF, and my boobs, though not quite as 'fountainous' as they were when my milk first came in, still are very leaky. Especially after a shower or bath, the heat seems to trigger them. Good for expressing, not so good if I fancy going to a sauna!

The only thing I can think of is making sure I do a really good feed / express from both sides before I go, but has anyone got any better tips? I'm keen not to spend my first night out of the house and relaxation tonic dripping milk all over the place or with big damp patches spreading across my swimming cossie.

Thanks MTWBE! They look intriguing! Breastpads are the bane of my life... I tried some silk re-usables but they just couldn't cope, so now I'm just getting through lots of disposables.

I wonder what on earth they are made of?
Anyone with any reviews of 'LilyPadz', or other tips, please share!

Aaaahh but i am mtHbe now, see

I must say I do not miss breast pads or a more forceful spray from me than the shower!

The good news is that in a few weeks it should settle down a bit!

if you search lilypadz in mumsnet talk there are loads of threads about them!
