Feeding a One Year Old on one boob

DS was one last week and bit me the other night. He is full of cold and I think he got frustrated as he couldn't breathe properly. I have a puncture wound and it looks like puss is coming out (and it's bloody painful...).

My question is, if I feed from the other one until it heals will my supply dry up in the injured boob?

Thank you

I breast fed for a year with both boys and found that both favoured one breast anyway (although I gave them both). I have just checked on website for you and it says that the unused breast will probably produce less milk over time, although it shouldn't show any change in breast shape. From this I would imagine that it would be ok for a small amount of time while you are healing and then you can up the amount again by favouring that breast when you reintroduce it.
