DS is having D and V for the third time since end of Jan. I am starting to wonder if we are just unlucky, or if there is something wrong with him.

He is 15mo, breastfed, covered in eczema, and keeps having lots of loose stools with lots of mucus. Currently been vomiting frequently since 10pm last night as well.

He eats a varied diet, lots of fruit, and has cows milk on cereal and a small beaker at bedtime in addition to BF.

Should I look at getting GP to review things? I am v fed up and he is miserable. Plus I am phobic not very good with d and v

Any advice/experiences welcome.

My son ends up going onto goats milk or oats milk or something whenever feeling rubbish (as I've stopped BF him now) but he gets better quicker when I take dairy out of his diet for 7 days each time.

My son often gets tummy bugs but he also puts EVERYTHING in his mouth right now as teething like mad. So he's picking up loads of germs.

I do use anti bac spray on his high chair regularly but boys will be boys

Go and speak to GP if concerned though.

DS is also a filth eating monster given half a chance. He is utterly miserable now, just managed a bit of toast but it's set the diarrhea off again.

He has been unwell on and off for about 3/4 months now, ear infections, chest infections, fever/virus thing, plus the stomach symptoms. He is clearly faulty

Go back to the GP. Sounds like there's more to it than my little man.

Thanks, I think I definately will. Just don't want to seem neurotic, DD never went to the Doctor till she turned 2! He is never well.

Just been reading the thread your on about D and V bugs though, they are truly rife ATM it seems but he's hardly been out to catch anything He's having his 3rd sleep of the day now.
