We are introducing our 7 wk old little boy to the bottle with my breast milk. He has taken to the NUK latex teats (rejecting tommy tippee), but we can only get the medium flow ones in the uk - the slow flow is not available over here (as confirmed by NUK themselves)

Has anyone else encountered the same problem and if so, where did you buy the slow flow teats from? I'm happy to buy online from abroad but do not know where to look.
Ebay and amazon U.S. sell them but do not ship abroad to the uk.

We think he is struggling with the med flow and I am very keen to get him going on the bottle asap!

Thanks

don't hospitals have them? We have loads of NUK teats from the hospital for newborns and i think they are slow flow. Sometimes they are a bit too fast for dd (6weeks) but if you squeeze the teat before screwing it into the bottle this creates a bit of a vacuum which slows the flow for her. My midwife brought some home for me when I asked her but then we were in a bit of a state with ebm top ups and a special care baby so maybe they wouldn't do it normally!

My 7 week old Ds has ame prob with nuk teats but we just turn bottle round so teat is upside in his mouth IYKWIM, with anti colic hole underneath he is now coping much better with teh flow.
