We've bought a bit of a mixed bunch! I'm currently mix feeding but expressing and bottle feeding rather than bf-ing (long story!)

Anyway, have some tommee tippe closer to natures ones - but am sure that DD is getting air through them - but i may be blaming a few days of colic on them unfairly!

Have some boots own ones and they work well, although have hard to read markings.

Then have some medela ones as they work with my pump, but only have small ones, so will need to replace these soon anyway.

Before I go and spend yet more cash on some more bottles, just wondered if anyone has advice on which are better. I've got a tommee tippee microwave steriliser, so need tthem to fit into that.

Many thanks ladies,

Hi felicity, every baby is different really. My two dcs used the tommee tippee that you are currently using. Ds had colic but dd didn't so it may not be the bottle causing it. However if you continue to have problems with colic, I highly recommend Infacol, which you can buy in supermarkets. It worked wonders for us. Good luck! xxx

dr brown's bottles work great for us. we didn't get on with avent or tommee tippee.
(I manage to put 5 dr brown's bottles into the TT microwave steriliser btw.)

I'm using MAM AntiCollic and find them brilliant, a cheaper version of dr browns as we are on a tight budget.

Second Dr Browns bottles. We had Avent ones and DS ended up on Infant gaviscon for severe reflux. Carried on with Avent for a while and when we changed to Dr Browns noticed a difference really quickly, he had less wind to break and seemed more content. They are a bit more expensive but IMO def worth the money. They fit in the avent steraliser also. Think the Dr Brown micromave steraliser is fairly reasonable in price.
