A friend of mine just gave me loads of breast pads she never used, and she was pretty shocked when i said i never used them and ive never leaked, i dont think she believed me! Im on my 4th baby and youngest is only 6 weeks old, and ive still never used/needed them. Am i odd???

not odd just lucky!

No.I didn't leak either. I would have counted myself lucky but also found it quite hard to breast feed and wondered whether I wasn't producing much milk. As long as you are (producing enough that is) I would just count your blessings on the not leaking front!!

By the way, neither did I ever "leak" out the other end (good pelvic floor). Do you think the two could be connected...?

I never leaked first time around. I do a little bit this time, but not enough to need pads, and probably only because I am tandem feeding.

Lol claraquack, ive never leaked anything anywhere! altho i did have all 4 of mine via c-section, but a friend of mine had her 3 by section and she leaks 'down there' alot, but thats a whole other thread perhaps lol. I seem to have a good milk supply, dd2 is very content and currently putting on 10/11oz per week, so im not worried there, but my friend said she has leaked from a few weeks before she gave birth!! Im considering myself lucky, but wondered why? it seems strange??
