stopped BF-how long til pain subsides?!

stopped BF my 9 mnth old a week ago after reducing BF to one a day. very hard and sore leaky boobs....any advice or ideas about when they might start to chill out a bit?!

have you tried the cabbage leaves? or massage in the shower? both worked a bit for me. its really difficult and sore isnt it? hope you feel better soon xxx

thanks honey, completely forgot about cabbage and it worked brilliantly when milk 1st came in. xx
