Help my Boobs are like Boulders!

I was slowly cutting down 8 month old DS's feeds but yesterday he bite me, quite a few times on both sides and made me bleed a little.
I was worried about this happening again so I the last time I fed him was 4am, so of course now my boobs are like flipping rocks and are getting slightly painful. I will feed him during the night but is there anything I can do until then? All my expressing bits are put away.

Help!

Thanks, I might try a shower as it takes so bloody long for the bath to fill up!

If you have a shower or a bath, get a warm wet flannel or two and stick them on your boobs. And the hand express idea is a good one.

yes hand express to relieve the discomfort, and hot flannels will help the milk to flow and relive your breasts a bit

Thanks for the advice!

DS woke up just after I wrote this and wouldn't drink his bottle (sometimes he doesn't at this time) so I gave him a breastfeed, ahhh what relief!

Hopefully they will settle down today and I can go out tonight without falling over forwards due to the weight

Thanks again
