not sure how much milk for 14mo?

DS is Bfed and occasionally drinks cows milk from a cup... just wondering how much milk he should be having ech day? on the days i'm at work, he sometimes only has a bf morning and before bed as he doesn't alays drink cows milk (sometimes guzzles it though) am wanting to night wean him as he still wakes a lot during he night but want to be sure hes geting enough milk during the day. hope this makes sense, writing with one hand...

the equivalent of 350mls (approx 12oz) is recommended after 1 year. Not all (or any) needs to be in drink form as dairy products, milk in cereal, etc all count too.

Thanks for information - i am guessing the morning and evening BF, with his morning cereals, plus yoghurt he probably has enough...
