Milk advice for 17month old

I breast fed dd until 11months and then switched to formula as cow's milk wasn't recommended until at least 12months. However I would now like to get her off formula but she won't take cow's milk. I've tried repeatedly over the last few months but she just takes a couple of swigs and looks at me in disgust! I know she's probably used to the sweeter taste of formula but really want to stop that now.
She just has milk with breakfast and before bed. Doesn't she still need milk feeds every day? Do I keep giving her formula and keep trying with cows milk or stop milk altogether?

have you tried mixing the formula in with the cows milk and gradually make it more and more cows milk?

From 1 year the equivalent of 350mls (12oz) is recommended but that doesnt all have to be in drink form as milk in cereal, yoghurts, cheese, etc all count too.
