Nursing necklaces ... any good?

DD is soooo distractible and pinchy at the moment

was thinking of a nursing necklace and have seen some on Ebay

are they worth a go?

I had one, and wore it a lot, but in hindsight I wonder if it made DS even more grabby/pinchy. He used to really tug at it and wave it about, and ended up breaking it (I was fairly sure that was not meant to happen!).
He didn't just twiddle it in the way that he twiddleds the opposite nipple- it was much more violent than that.
But I would probably still try one for my next DC if they were a twiddler.
