Ok I expressed 5 1/2oz this morning my 2nd day of expressing and have just come home to find I left the fridge door ajar so the milk is not cold cold....

Can I still use this tonight as I cant pump out any more as using the pump 2 days in a row has given me painful nipples so am waiting on shells to arrive.... I need a rest this evening. will the milk be OK??

Does it smell OK?

arolf · 10/02/2010 17:57

think it can be stored for up to 10 hrs at room temp, so should be fine?
look at kellymom for expressing info
