That's it really. Have one of those flu-ey bugs that are going round. DD is 11w.

I've continued to feed as normal. But should I be?

Definitely! For a start it will help your DD fight off the flu.

Your milk quality will not suffer, just make sure you drink plenty as you'll be dehydrated from the bug anyway - but that's just for you!
