Help - blocked duct/blister again!

Baby is 6 months old, bf going well and she's having solids once a day.

I woke up today with sore breast (rock hard) and pain when feeding, I'm thinking blister / blocked duct. This happened 3 weeks ago when solids first introduced. I don't give solids at a set time each day, maybe I should. Anyway, I think the blocked duct/blister is due to weaning - i.e. not eating as much and my breasts aren't being 'drained fully' (I know not technically possible) and there's an oversupply now. I could pump, but I never get more than 2 ounces.

How did you adjust to reduced feedings during weaning? I'd like to avoid this problem in the coming weeks as she moves to 2 solids a day.

Kellymom website has lots of information on this, particularly near the bottom of the web page.
