Operating instructions for Avent manual breast pump?

I wonder if anyone can help me? I've been given an Avent manual breast pump and am keen to start expressing a bit once my baby gets to 6 weeks so that my husband can give him an occasionl bottle of EBM. However,the pump is in pieces and has no instructions with it. Can anyone help me out as to how to use it, please?
