dropping feeds

I'm thinking about weaning my 13 month old. He only has 4 feeds a day and seems to be happily dropping the mid morning feed. My question is this - if he only feeds off one side each time should i start offering both sides each feed? otherwise one side only gets fed off every 18 hours! will my body cope with that?
hope that makes sense!

My DS recently dropped an afternoon feed. So he is now morning, evening and often 4 or 5 am.
Prior to dropping the afternoon feed I would offer one side but feed except before bed. I now offer both sides morning and eve except if he wakes at 5.30 then he gets one side and re-settled for me to have more zzzzzz then has the other side on getting up.
