8 weeks old - could she be teething?

My little one has recently been in discomfort. Dribbling quite a bit and constantly feeling the inside of her mouth with her tongue. She also seems to have developed unusually rosey cheeks! I know it is very early but is it possible her teeth could be causing this?

some babies are born with teeth lol. the earliest any of mine got their first tooth was 11 weeks, but anything's possible. have you checked for any signs of thrush etc?

Its early but entirely possible. Sometimes, the teeth can start moving around under the gums causing discomfort for months before they finally break through.

It might be worth getting her checked out by GP just in case its something else - like a minor ear infection. Any other symptoms ? Temperature ? Recently had a bit of a cold ?
