Extra pint please..

I'm wanting to inrease my milk supply so that I can express enough for others to feed DS. I'm trying to express everyday but only get 30mls after about 45 mins and using both boobs.

I've bought some fenugreek, does anyone know the dose i'm meant to take to increase supply or what has worked for other people?

You could also take Domperidone (ask at GP's). I recently knew someone who thought it was more effective at increasing supply than Fenugreek.

i just started taking fenugreek today and i'm doing 2 capsules 3 times a day. I havent bf for 4 weeks and trying to start again.
