Feeding a poorly baby

DS2 is 8 weeks and poorly, with a dreadful cough, sore throat and snot. He's on antibiotics (different thread about that in health!) He's not been feeding as much as normal - he's mainly FF and instead of taking c.6 x 6oz in 24 hours, yesterday he only took about 16oz all day. He's sleeping a lot, which I can understand as we all want to sleep when we're poorly, but do you think I should wake him to see if he wants to feed, or just let him wake up when he wants to and see how much he has then? He's still doing plenty of wet nappies so I don't think he's dehydrated.
Any thoughts? Thanks
