Switching from formulat to cow's milk at 1 year

I want to switch my dd to cow's milk at 1 year, but would like some advice on how to do this please? Should I just make the switch overnight, or dilute half and half so she gets used to the taste?

Advice please! Thanks.

I diluted it over a few feeds, using more cows milk each time. Did hear a health visitor telling someone else (once DS was well established on cow's milk) that that was the wrong thing to do, but it was OK for us .

We went for cow's in the morning, formula at night rather than mixing milks. She's now 13 months and still on some formula but could have all cow's easily as she doesn't seem to notice the difference.

Thx for all the advice. As I'm 28 weeks pregnant and will be almost full term when I make the switch, think I'll just make the switch fully!
