Fenugreek

HELP!! Am hoping to use fenugreek to boost up the boobs but am really confused about the dose.
Looked on line and doses of 2 610mg abs three times a day were mentioned.
went to my local health food shop who gave me tablets with the following dose - raw fenugreek seed 370mg and fenugreek seed extract 150mg - and told me to take 2 tabs three times a day. Seems like a very different dose if moths is correct.
Can anyone enlighten me??

Someone on here said 3 tablets 4 x a day - going on the 610mg tablets I think from Holland and Barrett. I don't think you can overdose on it!

Thanks so much, have realised that the dose is probably both bits added together ie 520mg. Also clearly breastfeeding is affecting my ability to spell - I meant maths not moths!!
