Heinz Follow on milk from Australia, what is the nearest UK equivalent?

Sister is coming over with 2 children in summer. Youngest has Heinz follow on milk, anyone any idea what to get for her as pretty sure that's not sold over here?

Just checked on their website, the manufacture the Farley's milk, so I suspect that will be identical.
