Maximising the amount expressed

I'm currently exclusively bf ds (4 weeks on Monday) and happily after the difficulties I had with dd all seems to be going well. I would like ds to have ebm on occasions so that I can leave him with dp or gps.

So far he has taken ebm from a bottle three times without problems so that side of things is good but I'd like some advice on how to maximise the amount expressed. I'm using a Medela swing pump and I've tried to express from the opposite side whilst feeding him as well as just expressing when he asleep and not feeding. The most I can get at a time is 50-60 mls from around 20 minutes of pumping. Any ideas on how I can increase this volume?
I've previously tried a tommee tippee manual pump with no success and I feel quite happy with the Medela Swing (although it didn't come with instructions ) but I wondered if there were any tips that might help?

On the Medela website there is a thing that helps you determine whether you have the correct size of breast shield on the pump, and you can purchase larger/ smaller than the standard one it comes with, if necessary.

Hot shower then express, look at photo of baby or at baby while expressing, express at night (all tips given to me when my sprog was in intensive care).
