I am due to return to work in 3 months and DD (now 9mo) still feeds to sleep for her naps. - I've struggled to get her into any naptime routine, so in the end just stuck with mother nature and did the feeding to sleep as at least that works.

With DS I stopped feeding at 12mo, it happened gradually and no tears from either side. I just assumed it would be the same this time, but I don't yet feel that I want to stop feeding her. However, I know I've got to sort something else out for her naps, as would rather have some tears at home, whilst I'm here to comfort her, than go cold turkey and she has to get used to nursery staff as well as a different routine for her naps. She's taken a bottle when I've offered (only twice - I really can't be bothered with it!), but positively, she's been happy to down it. If I swapped to FF for before her naps, is this likely to help her off to sleep in the same way, and should I start swapping over now or can I leave it another month or so? She's down to just 2 feeds in the day, both before her naps, one mid morning, one mid afternoon (altho' she doesn't nap always for the first one, so I'm guessing she'll be down to one nap by april). (plenty still in the night tho ). any suggestions most welcome.
