Expressing/transporting milk

We have a trip planned to London next weekend. We are taking our two DDs, one of which is a 7wo exclusively BF baby.

I have planned a trip to the theatre fri evening with my sister (dp will babysit) and an all Saturday conference with dp (sister will babysit)

Obviously I need to get expressing, but how can I store/transport the milk safely?

Hi, try the link above, great leaflet on safe storage times fridge/freezer. To transport the milk a cool-bag with gel packs or ice-blocks to keep the temperature low should be fine for even a few hours.
