10 month old feeds for 2 mins. Is this enough?

I am so worried that my 10 month old isn't getting enough milk. She has been bf since birth and usually feeds for about 5 minutes. But in the last week or so, she is only on for 2-3 minutes! She comes off and starts messing with my nipple!(pinching it!) If I try to put her back on, she either starts scraping my nipple with her top teeth or just bites me! She has 3 meals a day and is bf 3 times a day.

Is she teething because my dd only used to bite me and come off when she was teething and then go back to normal after a few days

If that is all she wants then that is fine. She does not need vast quantities fo milk to drink. She can have dairy in foods.

She has 3 teeth at the top and 3 on the bottom and they're quite long! I was just worried because I know that bottle fed babies are supposed to have a pint a day and mine doesn't seem to be getting half of that. She does have a lot of dairy products and I suppose it will be easier to wean her off the booby in 2 months time.

Remember the pint of milk does not actually need to be in drink form. I personally think that cow's milk as a drink is over-rated.
