Could express - now can't. Any ideas?

Header says it all. Used to be able to express a good 5oz per day and did so. DS is now 12 weeks and started refusing a bottle over Christmas so stopped expressing as it was too much hassle with everything else going on.

Tried to express today and nothing came out, not even a dribble. I had just fed DS from the other side and he didn't need the second side and it certainly feels pretty full.

Also, no issues with undersupply at all, I tend to oversupply rather than under so that doesn't explain it.

I would really like to start expressing to try and get DS to occasionally take a bottle or cup. Any thoughts on whats going on and what I can do about it?

I can second the advice on that thread ( i started it!) I have replaced the bits of my old pump, and whilst i am not getting as much milk as in the earlier days, it is definitely more productive than a few weeksago. thanks again tiktok!
