Express yourself.....

I'm wanting to express for my Ds who currently weighs 7lb 10oz as hes currently have a bottle of formula in the night to see him through and i want this to be ebm. How much do i need to express for a feed for him and also once im ready to give it to him do i need to heat it?

i have got into a routine of expressing every morning and then i freeze it in batches of 2 - 5 oz

you shouldn't microwave it or shake it
