Feeling run down- will vitamins/supplements help?

Afternoon all.

I'm still feeding my 15 month old DD and it's been going really well. She's not showing much interest in solid food, she'll pick at a bit of whatever DH and I are having but she doesn't eat much, just has a little taste and then chucks most of it on the floor (which the cat is usually very pleased about). I've spoken to my HV and she says it's not a problem, DD is very healthy and putting on the right amount of weight so I'm not too worried.

Problem is, she's put on a massive growth spurt this week, she's grown out of loads of her clothes practically over night. I am having a tough time keeping up, not helped by the fact that I always seem to get insomnia when I most need sleep I'm sure it won't last long but I'm starting to lag.

Can anyone recommend any supplements or vitamins? TIA.

I love Floradix. I feel like I can feel it coursing through my body from the ankles up making me feel stronger.

i find that sometimes i need toast and warm milk before I go to bed to help me sleep through else i wake early and cant get back to sleep - you may need more food than you realise?

i have spa tone in fruit juice ( sachets of iron rich water that you can buy in boots) that helps with iron levels.

Thanks for the tips! I'll give the toast and milk a go tonight and put the other things on my shopping list.
