How much formula at 3 months please?

I've been asked to take a baby born mid October 09 this afternoon as an emergency placement.

My mind has gone blank, roughly how much formula should the little one be taking per bottle.

DS was taking 8oz every 4 hours at that age, usually. But if he wasn't hungry, he wouldn't take it. Was seldom more hungry than that.

My DS is 10 weeks (14lb) and having 6oz every four hours.

SW was saying she thought baby had been taking 2-3 ozs every 2 hours but that seemed a tiny amount IMO. In her defence this case has just been thrown at her and she's as much in the dark as I am.
