Hi, does anyone know how much paracetomol goes through breastmilk into baby? Dd is 7mo and she is also unwell so we have been giving her calpol, im just a bit worried now that she will be getting more than the recommended dose of paracetomol because of what might be going through to her from my milk. can anyone advise?

It's absolutely fine. You can take paracetamol at the recommended dose as well as giving her calpol at the recommended dose with no ill effects whatsoever.

I hope you both feel better soon.
